We want you to be happy with ThinkGenieAI. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
Free plan
The free plan is, well, free — nothing to refund.
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current billing period. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Annual subscriptions — 14-day guarantee
If you purchased an annual plan and you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of the initial charge and we'll refund the full amount. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you keep access through the end of the year.
Enterprise plans
Refunds and cancellation terms for enterprise plans are governed by your signed order form.
Duplicate or accidental charges
If you were charged twice or in error, contact us and we'll refund the mistaken charge in full.
How to request a refund
Email workathome47@yahoo.com from the address on your account, or use our contact form. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
