By creating an account or using ThinkGenieAI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
- No scraping, resale, or automated abuse of AI features.
Your content
You own your notes, drawings, uploads and recordings. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the service and provide the features you request (including sending relevant snippets to our AI provider when you invoke AI features).
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, features and limits are described on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period.
AI output
AI-generated output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before relying on it. We provide no warranty as to accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to the service or terms
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ThinkGenieAI operates.
